Simple Pancake

1.5 cups plain four
2 tbl sugar
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
2 t baking powder
1 1/4 c milk

2 eggs (I sued 1 egg)
1 ts vanila
2 tbl veg oil (used 1 tbl)

don't reduce sugar or salt or milk as the consistency and taste is just right for me after experimenting. The amount can be adjusted after you make the first pancake.

use moderate flame and put a little butter in your pan or wok. once the bubbles start forming on the pancake you may flip over to cook the other side. i sue a ladle that scoops up enough batter for 1 5-inch pancake. 1.5 c flour will produce 8 pancakes (from memory, forgot to count)

1 - Mix the dry ingredients
2 - Add the wet ingredients
