Lemon Chicken Thighs

Ingredient:
2 pieces, cut into strips
juice of 1/2 yellow lemon,
Sugar to balance

Method
Marinade for 1-2 hr, pour away excess marinade
Then, add 1 egg to marinade
Add sesame oil if desired

Put rice flour (I used Kruawangthip Thai Flour seasoning mix - labelled 'Fried Chicken Batter Mix with Pepper and Garlic'), coat each piece with flour and fry in medium heat oil, no need for deep oil, just eyeball. Fry until light brown and crispy.

Eat warm while it is crispy with freshly cooked jasmine rice!
