Rice vinegar 1 teaspoon
Sunflower oil - 1 teaspoon

Beijing Cabbage - Whole head
Local Cabbage - 1/2 head

Verdict: too pungent, taste vinergar, but ok after 3 days

2nd attempt:
Miracle Whip - 5 heaped tablespoons
Sugar - 3 tablespoon
Balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon
EVOO - 1 teaspoon

Beijing Cabbage - Whole head
1/2 carrot
1/4 chopped onion

Verdict: wonderful, no vinegary taste at all - can eat after 6 hrs in fridge to allow flavor to mingle and develop.

Drain shredded cabage of veg juice
